After remastering the original "Killer Beans" animation I feel that I am now in a position to take the series further, therefore, I have begun working on the next chapter in the saga. The next episode will be far more action packed and will have a totally different art style to the realism of the remaster and more akin to the original.

Going forward, the series will drop the "Killer" from the title, since another very similar titled series appeared after my initial animation, due to the success of that series, I've decided that mine requires it's own identity, thefore, the series will simply be "Beans" followed by a subtitle. I hope you all look forward to seeing what I create.

First of all, I'd like to say a MASSIVE thank you to those of who followed me recently due to a shoutout from a couple of the NG community members over in the NG Chat.

I'd first like to address the elephant in the room, NSFW content being behind a paywall, which seemed to upset a couple of people the other day. First and foremost, anything there was never intended to be NSFW, it's just a neat little bonus for people who support me, It's also set up so that it literally costs the price of buying me a drink in the pub to get that stuff. I don't expect anyone to support me on that yet as I'm still learning and building up a portfolio, the best thing you guys can do to help is give me feedback on what you do and don't like. I may post NSFW content here at some point, but if I do, it'll be because that's the subject of the piece, not simply an alternate version of it. I'm also open to commissions if you want to drop me a DM.

Something I teased recently is a full remake of my Killer Beans (not that one) animation from 15 years ago. The main render is done and I've added sounds and am currently in the process of getting some music made for it. This isn't 20 seconds like the original, but I also want to now expand on it after the events of the original and set up for a sequel that I'm already in the process of writing. Expect this to be released by the 15th Anniversary in July.

I'm working on my animation in Blender right now and I'm pretty happy with the progress, I've just dropped £300 on a Wacom One so that I don't have to do all this with a mouse, one of the many reasons I've got the patreon up and running. I have recreated my Lockdown Girl's head in 3D and have been playing around with some facial animations, I'm really pleased with the results. See a preview of that at the bottom of the post.

To end this mild essay of an update, I just want to make it clear that I'm not a professional artist and 99% of what I do is purely for fun, so this means that there are currently other priorities in my life, my day-job pays the bills, art is purely a hobby at this point in time. Long-term, I would love to work on stuff like this full-time, but right now that's just not possible. I will keep the content coming as regularly as possible though. So kick back and enjoy.

Some things refuse to stay dead...

Whew, so it's been a whopping 14 years since my last submission to the Flash Portal. I'm not even sure if the Portal exists anymore, alas, my days of Flash animation are long gone, I do miss it, but other priorities have taken their toll and I simply don't have the time to animate any more. I have, however, been drawing a decent amount for the past few years, so I'll start adding those to my profile. Things are very different here to how they were all those years ago, but I'm kind of happy to be back. I hope you enjoy the new content I share.
